My name is Shaun Andrews. I’m a web and mobile design, and sometimes a web developer. If you don’t know what that means, then just know: I (usually) make website.
I’m married to a wonderful woman, and we have two kids—twin boys, Jackson and Tyler. They were born in 2009. They’re awesome, and most of my free time is spent with them and my wife, Amy.
I’ve been living and working online for most of my adult life. I founded Tick with a few friends. Around that same time I started XHTMLGenius.com. With some small successes behind me, I decided to start my own design shop. Upstate Interactive was born in early 2006. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to work from some amazing clients on some really great work.
After 6+ years as a freelancer, I recently accepted a full-time offer with Automattic, creator’s of WordPress.com, along with many other cool things.
Its been a while since I’ve had time to blog (or write anything other than a spec or email). I’m not sure what this blog will turn into, but I’m excited to find out.
